Image Storage and Privacy Options
Potomap offers users the option to "Keep Image Private" on the upload page. If this option is selected, the uploaded image will be automatically deleted from our servers after analysis.
If users do not select the "Keep Image Private" option, they grant Potomap permission to store the uploaded image on our website and use it as part of related images/photos.
Content Ownership
- By uploading images to Potomap, users grant us a limited license to process the images solely for the purpose of providing our services.
- We recognize and respect users' ownership rights. Images marked as private will be deleted immediately after analysis. For non-private images, Potomap reserves the right to store and use them on the website in accordance with these Terms.
Limitations of Liability
- Potomap strives to provide accurate location predictions, but we cannot guarantee absolute precision.
- Users acknowledge that the identification process may occasionally result in inaccuracies due to inherent limitations in technology and data interpretation.
- Potomap shall not be held liable for any consequences, damages, or losses resulting from reliance on the identification results provided by our platform.
Termination Policy
